Corinne is an absolute treasure of a realtor. She just helped my husband and me purchase a new home, and we look forward to working with her on selling our current one. A few highlights: - Availability - for the most part, we needed to communicate and look at houses before and after work and on weekends. We occasionally had calls as late as 10 PM once we got into the time-sensitive things. - Fast-moving - she found out what we were looking for and shared suggestions, and once we knew we wanted to get in somewhere, she always made sure we found a convenient time that left us flexibility to make a second visit if needed before putting in an offer. - Patient - we made three offers in total, the first of which was accepted but ultimately didn't work out. Corrine happened to live on our street, and said she'd be happy to list our house. She mentioned that her company was "full-service", and that they took care of all the sale details including getting the house fixed up and painted - including a designer to help choose colors and looks - connecting us with a RE lawyer, advising us on sale timing, listing appearance, staging, photography etc. For the same fee as a traditional RE company. And she was not kidding! She did everything! It was one of the best experiences I have had with a real estate agent. (Her company even has a team of contractors connected to them, so they do things in a timely manner; they did a good job painting our house). Aside from her company, and all they took care of, Corrine was very easy to work with, professional, and very smart. She seems to truly enjoy what she does, the ups and downs of the RE market, connecting with people, and the challenge of presenting people's property in the best light, or connecting someone with a property they want to rent or buy. As a first time buyer I could not asked for a better agent. Corinne sat down with me to go over the process, and provided me with helpful material to understand what to expect. She patiently guided me step by step as we began this journey. Her knowledge of the Boston area from personal and professional experience was helpful in understanding what I was looking for.
